Aruba ClearPass QuickConnect is a helpful tool that allows users to easily configure their devices to securely connect to their organization's wireless or wired network. This application supports 802.1X based authentication on both wired and wireless networks, and is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android devices.

It's important to note that ClearPass QuickConnect requires the use of server-side software deployed in your organization. Once the application is installed, navigate to the provided URL to initiate the automatic configuration process for your device.

In most phone models, the QuickConnect application will be automatically launched during network profile provisioning. However, in some cases, a configuration file may be downloaded instead. In these situations, simply click on the "OPEN" button to launch the QuickConnect application and complete the provisioning process. Alternatively, you can also access the downloaded file in the notification bar and use it to launch the QuickConnect application.

NOTE: Please be aware that when installing certificates required for secure wireless network access on Android devices, the Android OS will set a screen lock. If you wish to disconnect from the secure wireless network, you can go to Settings > Security > Credential Storage and click on "Clear Credentials." After doing so, you will be able to reset your screen lock.
